Can you include an ‘edit’ button so a submitter can correct, edit, or amend a post?

  Hello Doug, There is an edit button, along with a bunch of others along the top of the post. They are rather dim, so you need to look to to notice them. I use the edit button a lot. And the system even keeps a log of edits and allows recording the reason for the edit!

    Ok, this may be the issue. There are 2 places to type into the system. One is a comment on activity, no edit button here. The Home menu item for each group shows that groups activity.
    
    The other is a forum post where there is an editing button and a lot better authoring tools. The forum is where most entry should be done. Forum entries “bubble” up to activity, but are organized by last entry date, topic so new topics and those under discussion are always at the top of the list. Comments are strictly by date and much less useful. All the groups, except the suggestion box have forums.
